The team
of the Institute participated in the drafting of Mediation Act and the
Training Standards for Mediators, Procedural and Ethical Rules of Conduct for Mediators
and Rules Pertaining to the
Unified Register of Mediators.
In
view of the forthcoming implementation the Mediation Act we offer
consultations and trainings, including drafting of an individual program
with respect to the trainees’ needs.
